Return Process

Initiate Return: Contact us at dskwaredllc@gmail.com.com to start your return process. We will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Condition: Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If the item is in sellable condition, we will process your refund. Items that do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded.
Refund: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, follow the same return process outlined above. After we receive and inspect your return, we will send out the new item. If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it's of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or providing a refund.

International Returns

Currently, we only offer return services within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties that may apply.

Return Shipping Costs

For domestic returns, we provide a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
