Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include all original accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received with your purchase. Fill out the return form included in your original shipment and enclose it in the package.
Request a Return Authorization

Log into your Karkani Store account and go to the 'Orders' section. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click on 'Request a Return'. Print Your Return Label

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label. Print this label and affix it to the outside of your return package. If you do not have a printer, the label can be printed at any major shipping carrier's office.
